Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:- There are 5 slots total, once those 5 are filled, you will be put on a waitlist until those slots are free again.- All my commissions are in the form of skeb/ "surprise me"/ artistic liberty commissions, meaning that I will not be providing updates and edits once I have commenced drawing.- All sketch and digital sketchbook are paid upfront. Rendered pieces are 50% paid upfront, while the other half is paid once you have received the final product.- Only payment accepted is via Paypal-Refund not available once I've commenced working on your commissioned artwork- All rights for commissions are reserved to their creator- You may use commissioned artwork to for personal use only. Utilizing My work for commercial use is prohibited.- Utilizing my work for AI is STICTLY PROHIBITED- Harassment and or breaching of my terms of service will lead for a ban from commissioning me and a callout post on Bluesky in order to warn other artists- Commissions with deadlines will have an additional fee of 20% of the original price- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

- Animatics

Will NOT Do

- NSFW
- Political Imagery
- Hateful and Offensive Imagery
- Super detail-oriented designs
- NFT, AI training, Merch designs, etc.

Animation and storyboard commissions will have prices vary based on the length of the project, the complexity of characters, the complexity of the animation, backgrounds, etc. Based on those factors we could negociate a price.
